Jacobson Realty – ALTA/NSPS Survey

YCE, Inc. provided land surveying services to prepare an American Land Title Association (ALTA/NSPS) survey for Jacobson Realty.

This 20-acre property is located in Somis, an unincorporated community in Ventura County. We located boundary monuments, existing structures, drainage facilities, above ground utilities, roads, and existing easements. It was our pleasure to work alongside Jacobson Realty to perform and prepare an ALTA/NSPS map for their buyer.
